Payment of our Invoices24/03/2020
During this difficult period UCH has been seeking to maintain the same service levels that were in place before the current uncertainty was brought about by COVID-19. In order to continue maintaining these levels we would request that payments due to us continue to be made on time in order for ourselves to continue operating as required.
Our Accounts Department are working with normal parameters, albeit with the majority of our staff working from home. If any clients have any invoice queries or expect payments may not be made within their credit terms, please contact a member of our team as soon as possible.
Given the current climate we hope you all understand we have no choice but to enforce strict credit terms, any failure to pay on time will result in a disruption to your service.
